Our Story

I’m a born-and-bred South African, busy mum and passionate consumer of biltong. 

My husband and I started m-eat! back in 2014 as an offshoot project to another business we run called The Savanna. After building up the Savanna business (7 stores across London) we wanted to build a new brand identity around our in-house biltong which was consistently flying off the shelves. 

That’s how m-eat! biltong was born!

We’re based in Wimbledon and have a great team at our HQ who are just as passionate as us in making the best biltong in the market. 

Our journey is just starting and we’re really excited about what we can do in the years to come, sharing our healthy snacks, building awareness and the spreading the good word of m-eat! biltong.
