M-eat Biltong Returns & Refund Policy
At M-eat Biltong, we want you to enjoy every bite. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as expected.
In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the legal right to cancel and return your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, no explanation required.
How to Start a Return
To qualify for a return:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it.

From that point, you’ll have another 14 days to send the items back to us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

We’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns where the item is not damaged or faulty.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 days, and issued via the original payment method.

Delivery
All shipments in the UK are delivered via various carriers including Royal Mail, Hermes, etc and can take 2-5 days for delivery after your biltong has been dispatched.
