Biltong in the time of COVID
Just a little note from us to let you know that we are experiencing an unprecedented level of demand for our biltong during this time.
We have stepped up our hours of production while ensuring everyone at M-EAT! is working safely according to government guidelines. But we are finding some processing delays and delays from our main delivery partners (Royal Mail and Parcel Force) of up to 7-12 days in some cases (for Mainland UK shipments) or a bit longer for EU customers.
Additionally, if you have selected Free, Untracked Shipping during checkout even we, as M-EAT!, will be unable to provide more information until a delivery attempt has been made. At that point your Royal Mail Delivery link will be updated. Please do keep this in mind when emailing us.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this might cause you, but please bear with us and our carriers.
