M-EAT! biltong is always tenderised and then slow dried for three days to ensure excellent flavour and tenderness. Our biltong is 400 years in the making and uses base spices of ground coriander seeds, salt and pepper mixed with Worcestershire sauce and malt vinegar.
INGREDIENTS:
200g beef per 100g finished product biltong, black pepper, salt, coriander, bbq spice mix (includes mustard, celery, sesame), cider vinegar.
