M-EAT! biltong is always tenderised and then slow dried for three days to ensure excellent flavour and tenderness. Our Original biltong is 400 years in the making and uses base spices of ground coriander seeds, salt and pepper mixed with Worcestershire sauce and malt vinegar.

Preservatives: E202 (potassium sorbate - inhibits the growth of mould), ascorbic acid (preserves freshness)
