M-EAT! biltong is always tenderised and then slow dried for three days to ensure excellent flavour and tenderness. Our Premium Wild Venison biltong is 400 years in the making and uses base spices of ground coriander seeds, salt and pepper mixed with Worcestershire sauce and malt vinegar.
INGREDIENTS:
Venison (made with 200g of venison per 100g finished biltong), black pepper, salt, coriander, Worcestershire sauce (cider vinegar and spice mix),
Preservatives: potassium sorbate (inhibits the growth of mould), ascorbic acid (preserves freshness)
