Lockdown 2 has ended and we can once again hit the gyms and take up a few of our physical exercise routines. Of course there are guidelines to be followed but at long last it’s beginning to look a lot like a Christmas unlike any other. As we venture outdoors once more there’s never been a better time to ensure our immunity is strong and our nutrients are topped up every day.
We will continue to drive home the message that there is no substitute for healthy eating. Clean, nutritious food, as part of our daily routine, is far more valuable in the long run than unsustainable fad diets. It is why we show creative ways to add M-EAT! biltong in recipes to increase the nutritional value of every day meals. Of course, you can also eat our biltong as a snack. Whatever little fat we find is trimmed off before we season the beef with only natural spices from a South African recipe that is four centuries old.
